Peaches Kawamata is a Chapel Hill, NC based author and restaurant coach thas been working in service since 1996. In those decades, she has worked every role in front of house, and also as an dishwasher, expo and GM.

She coaches bar systems optimization and ergonomics in which she helps bars better utilize poorly designed spaces, train staff, and unlock the creativity of their bartenders.
